My Limo Australia is committed to providing the highest standards of safety and service to our customers. Each vehicle is maintained in strict accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations and each chauffeur complies with the rules and regulations as enforced by Roads and Traffic Authority and Department of Transport.
It is a condition of using My Limo Australia for ground transport services (service) that you (customer) have reviewed and agree to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are posted on www.mylimoaustralia.com.au (the site) and are subject to changes from time-to-time at My Limo Australia’s discretion.
It is the responsibility of users of My Limo Australia services to familiarize themselves with these Terms and Conditions prior to each booking as they constitute a binding agreement between the customer and My Limo Australia in relation to the provision of all services, and may change from time-to-time.
My Limo Australia offers a ‘Meet and Greet’ airport service at no extra charge. The allocated driver will be instructed to meet the customer at the limousine meeting point with a sign indicating the nominated passenger’s name. The driver will then escort the passengers to the designated vehicle location, assisting with luggage as required.
We at My Limo Australia accept payments via Cash, Cheques, Credit Cards or electronic transfers. Subject to approval, we can provide transport services to a business or a company on account and issue a monthly invoice based on the condition that the applicant will agree to pay all invoices issued by us within 30 days from the date of invoice. Any discounts or special rates will be agreed beforehand by us in writing and all invoices are GST inclusive.
Various pricing structures apply to services booked through My Limo Australia. These include normal ‘rack’ and peak rates, and rates applicable to special vehicle, event or other specific customer requirements, and may include affiliate, and/or subcontractor charges or other disbursements.
My Limo Australia will, when quoting for services, endeavor to secure the most attractive and competitive pricing in the circumstances. The quoted prices are indicative only and My Limo Australia reserves the right to vary such prices at its discretion. Quotes for various transportation and booking requirements can be obtained by using the ‘Contact Us’ feature on the website.
My Limo Australia reserves the right to add the costs of tolls, parking fees and/or airport regulatory fees to a quoted price without a customer’s prior consent. These costs are explained to every customer upon request and are in line with the way standard taxis calculate each fare.
My Limo Australia does not include any gratuities or additional commissions in the quoted trip price. Any gratuity is at customer’s sole discretion and is entirely a matter between the driver and the customer.
Customers are required to update personal information when relevant personal details change. Failure to updating information and subsequent booking errors will be the responsibility of the customer, and where applicable, full ‘no-show’ or cancellation fees may apply at My Limo Australia’s discretion.
My Limo Australia recommends that bookings be made as far in advance as practical in order to ensure a vehicle can be made available at the time requested. My Limo Australia will honor any booking made online or by telephone, provided all of these Terms and Conditions are met, including providing My Limo Australia with correct booking details (including correct address and contact numbers) and valid credit card details at the time of booking.
My Limo Australia is unable to guarantee availability of a vehicle when a booking is made online or by telephone at short notice.
My Limo Australia will make every effort to allocate the requested vehicle, but reserves the right to allocate the best available vehicle if adequate notice is not given. My Limo Australia reserves the right to reject a booking if an appropriate vehicle cannot be allocated. My Limo Australia will endeavor to notify the customer either way in a timely manner.
Bookings for special events (including concerts, sporting events and touring shows) are associated with a high demand for ground transport to/from the relevant event, including hire cars. It is strongly recommended that customers book ground transport for such events well in advance. Once a booking is received, a My Limo Australia representative will make contact with the customer to provide a quote and agree pricing terms before confirming the booking. Special events, including New Year’s Eve, Sporting events, Concerts, and Races are priced differently as compared to our routine trips and are not a reflection of day-to-day ground transportation requirements and prices.
My Limo Australia will make every attempt to place the special event booking and allocate a vehicle, but reserves the right to refuse a booking if an appropriate vehicle cannot be allocated.
My Limo Australia can provide a baby or child seat for an additional fee of $10-$15. Please be very clear about this requirement and specify the age of the baby/child at the time of booking. My Limo Australia will make every attempt to secure a baby/child seat if one is required, but reserves the right to decline a booking requiring a baby/child seat if that booking cannot be allocated to a vehicle fitted with a baby/child seat complying with Australian Standards. If a booking is made without a confirmed baby/child seat and on pick-up a baby/child requiring such a seat is amongst the customer’s group, we reserve the right to refuse such a booking.
Each scheduled pickup includes a free-of-charge courtesy waiting time as outlined below:
- 10 minutes for regular pickups from residential or office locations.
- 30 minutes for Airport pickups.
For pickup from an office or residential address, the courtesy waiting period commences from the scheduled pickup time. For pickup from an airport, the courtesy waiting period commences upon actual landing of the flight indicated in the booking. Waiting time of $1 per minute (calculated on a per-vehicle basis) will be charged to the customer outside of the courtesy waiting time.
My Limo Australia reserves the right to charge a flat fee of $50 for each cancellation or ‘no show’; if a booking is cancelled within 1 hour of the booking time. For special event bookings or New Year’s Eve, cancellations attract a 50 per cent charge if less than two hours’ notice is provided, and 100 percent charge thereafter.
All quotes are subject to change, should the customer advise the driver of one or more of the following:
- Additional drop-off or pick-up locations
- Any changes to the booked locations
- Any detours requested by the customer other than detours due to road closures or traffic
- Any delays caused by the customer, for example, due to alcoholism.
Our vehicles are serviced and maintained to the highest levels, however in the unfortunate event of breakdown My Limo Australia cannot be held responsible. Every effort will be made to get you to your destination on time, but we are not liable for any loss due to delays caused by traffic jams, road works, road closures, diversions, extreme weather conditions, collisions caused by other parties on the journey. My Limo Australia may cancel all services and give full refund in the event of circumstances beyond our control.
Any malicious damage or deliberate breakages or carelessness resulting in damage to the vehicle will be charged directly to the person who placed the booking. Any passenger causing excessive soiling inside the vehicle will be charged for valeting of the vehicle. Excessive soiling is when the car is unusable for the next client and cannot be easily rectified by the chauffeur with equipment provided in the vehicle.
